Returns Policy

When you purchase an item from Audio Concierge it is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 which means you have the right to cancel the purchase of your goods up to 14 days from the day you received them. Please be aware however that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling them, such as the clear protective wrapping has been damaged or a seal has been broken.

We are an authorised partner for all brands that we sell and all products are covered by their respective manufacturers warranty. We provide the ability to receive an exchange for up to 30 days from the date of receipt or a repair in line with the manufacturers policy after 30 days.  

It is with regret that unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund on any headphones or earphones that are purchased from us unless they are faulty. In exceptional circumstances we may agree to accept a return for these products however we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

For products that are specially ordered, we are unable to offer a refund unless a fault is found.

How to return an item

For you to be able to return your item you will simply have to email us at sales(at)audioconcierge.co.uk or by visiting the contact us form on the website and selecting Returns in the drop down information box..

Once we have received that email, we will then arrange with you to get the item returned

If the product is faulty then we will burden the cost of the return shipment, however International customers purchasing from outside the UK and Ireland pay the return carriage costs.

If the item was purchase in error then it is up to yourself to pay for the cost of returning the item to us using a tracked and insured method of postage.

Upon receiving the item back we will Inspect the returned goods and if satisfactory we will process a full refund. #e endeavour to process any refunds within 14 working days on safe receipt of the item using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Please note that depending on your bank, refunds can take between 2-3 working days to be received in your account after we have issued the refund.

When returning your item to us, please ensure that is accompanied by a copy of the emailed invoice and has been securely and safely packed.
