We take a lot of pride in the products from our portfolio and offer a warranty period of 3 years on most of our earphones and headphones. Our portable players and earphone cables generally have a 1 year warranty.
Delivery charges may vary depending on what you are ordering and which delivery service you choose when purchasing from us.
We currently accept credit and debit card payments via Stripe and we are also able to take payments from a PayPal account if you have one.
Delivery to mainland UK is usually 2-3 days however this may be subject to stock availability. Services to Europe can take up to 5 days.
We are very conscious of online security and our entire website is secured using SSL 256 encryption. No payment details are taken directly on our site and they are looked after by our 3rd party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
We will send you an acknowledgment email and begin processing your order if we are able to fulfil. If we are unable to fulfil then you will be updated and notified that we are awaiting stock. Once we can fulfil the order you will get a despatched email stating that your order has been sent to you.
As you place your order you will be emailed an invoice, however we like to provide a paper copy of the invoice inside your order when we despatch it to you.
Your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations state that you have 14 days to return an item, starting from the date you purchased it. Due to hygiene reasons we are however unable to accept returns of earphones and headphones if they have been opened unless there is a fault with them.
Audio Concierge are London based, however we are mobile so we can travel to your place of work or home. We do not work from a traditional retail store as we understand that you may not have the time to travel to see us! That’s where we can find a convenient time and place that suits you.
