Focal Utopia Headphones is unique in that they are the world’s first audiophile headphones to be equipped with totally open-backed full-range speaker drivers with pure Beryllium ’M’-shaped domes. The acoustic quality of this solution allows Focal to avoid the use of any crossover or passive filtering process in order to achieve a frequency response from 5Hz to 50kHz.
In short, Utopia meets all the requirements expected of high-end headphones – from their sophisticated and elegant design to purposeful materials such as the carbon fiber yoke and true lambskin leather ear cushions.
Focal Utopia headphones come complete with a rigid carrying case with magnet locking system and a 3 meter OFC cable with one (1) Neutrik 6.35mm stereo Jack Neutrik® and two (2) shielded 9.5mm Lemo connectors with self-locking bayonet system.’
