The D90 boasts an AKM AK4499 DAC internally in order to provide excellent D/A conversion. This alongside it’s ability to be connected using Bluetooth LDAC makes the D90 a superb jack of all trades for conversion and streaming.

On the back of the unit there is a copious array of connections in order to connect pretty much any digital device you may want to connect. For wireless transmission the D90, unlike many other DACs has Bluetooth LDAC built in. The enables you to transmit high bitrate audio from your Android smartphone directly to the D90. Specification wise the D90 will play up to DSD512 and there is also a premium version that can hardware decode the MQA file system.
The D90 has been designed as a standalone DAC and also a fully balanced design pre amplifier, offering volume control from -99dB to 0dB. This enables you to connect the D90 direct to an amplifier or active speakers and enjoy your music straight away. The fully balanced design using the pair of XLR3 outputs provides awesome levels of clarity and a very low noise floor.
