We are exceptionally excited to offer the T+A HA200 headphone amplifier to our clients. This amazing feat of German engineering is the perfect partner for their own headphone, the simply stunning Solitaire P or any other brand of headphone. The 6.5kg behemoth features T+A’s unique HV technology, providing immense amounts of idle current in a Class A design.
Each headphone output can be independently controlled to provide different output impedance’s from 8 Ohms up to 80 Ohms. This means that you can adequately drive a selection of different headphones and earphones on each of the outputs and get the very best sonic performance from them.
The 2 stunningly beautiful, digital, port hole windows on the front offer a selection of displays able to provide you with information on channel current, temperatures and also stream quality. On the front panel the HA200 has an array of different outputs for your headphones with an unbalanced 6.3mm and a balanced 4.4mm Pentaconn and XLR4 connection. The XLR4 connection can be used with an adapter to connect the HA200 to an amplifier, making it an ultra high quality DAC and pre amplifier.
Internally is where all the magic happens with T+A galvanically separating the digital section from the analogue path and using it’s own dedicated power supply. The latest Thesycon USB C input is capable of receiving DSD1024 high definition content and PCM786kHz with a large range of other digital inputs featured on the rear of the unit such as BNC, AES/EBU and Bluetooth AptX.
